Rules
1. Team Rules.
A. A team can only contain one lv 3 pokemon and two lv 2 pokemon.
B. Rotom A is no Longer Banned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
LV 3 Pokemon:

C. All moves are aloud.
D. Your last pokemon can change on the 1st of every month.
E. Your second to last can change every other gym.
F. If you want to change your pokemon more than that you can once email us with the subject as "team change" and then your old team and your new team include your fc and game name.
G. Your teams battle order can change at any time.
H. Your team must remain the same during the elite 4, however their order can change.
I. All items are aloud to be held.
2. Hacking
A. No hacking will be tolerated.
B.Hacking includes: a hacked pokemon, a hacked pokemon that has hacked items used on it, hacked money to buy items to use on it.
C. All champions will trade there team to a USPL member to check for sighns of being hacked.
D. If one pokemon has been hacked they will be stripped of their badges and position
E. If 2 pokemon have been hacked, or they do it again they will be banned from competing in the league.
F. IF you know or suspect a champion of hacking then you should report it so we can investigate further.
3. Challenging gyms.
A. You can only challenge the same gym once every two weeks.
B.You must cchallenge the gyms in order, unless a gym closes then you can skip it and come back to it later.
C.To challenge the elite 4 you must have any official USPL gym badges this includes gyms that are no longer in use.
D.Once you have beaten a gym you will never have to battle it again unless your badges are taken, if yu lose against the elite 4 you have to start over at the begining of the elite 4.
E. To challenge email [email protected] with the subject as Challenge and then the gym name include your name, fc, timezone,and current badges.
F. You must use the same game throughout the process of battling the league, unless you request a game change. You can do this montly by emailing us with the subject as "Game change" include your old fc, and name and your new fc, and name. You can also change any time a new generation game is released.
G. If you do not show up for a battle you cannot challenge for 3 weeks.
H. The 1st gym will have one person to battle before you battle the leader this is to weed out people who are definatley not good enouph.
4. Gym Leaders and Gyms
A. Leaders must obey all of the rules that apply to challengers.
B. Every 2 months gym leaders will have a Round Robin tournament (everyone battles everyone) whoever loses will have to battle their potential replacemanet, if they win they get to stay otherwise they are out.
C. After a Leaders Tournament the 4th elite 4 member has 3 choices:
1.Hold a tournament to find a possible replacement.
2.Offer the job to a past or present champion.
3.Use a Veto saying that the gym leader is not weak, but the weakest out of the league.
D. A gym can close because:
1.It's leader has requested a break.
2.It's leader is under investigation.
3.It has been closed pernamently and replaced.
